IFA Error

Hi my brother had the dreaded KEIN SYSTEM when he tried to update the image on is box last week so he gave it me to fix... I have fixed it a lot of times before! any way when trying to flash with IFA it came up with bootrecord errors... I have attached the log file. Does anyone know what this means?

think a reason for this error is the wrong type of img ie 1x instead of 2x or vice versa
