Icecrypt 3500hdcci

Hi guys I a 3500hdcci that boots up to select language page but remote is not recognised. I have tried a different working remote and have also tried re flashing box with porter express. Does anyone have any suggestions or experienced this before

Have you tested the remote is working by looking at the end of the remote with a phone camera, As IR light can been seen by the camera and not by the human eye.

I bet you a tenner after 2 years he's either solved it or forgot about it.
