ibox 2 plus hd picture...no sound

hi , have a year old ibox 2 plus....works well but sound has stopped on hd side ,have to use scart ( no comparison)

anyone out there with same problem?
I suppose it is a hardware problem....hd lead is ok as it runs zgemma box 100%

I guess you have run through the audio setting and tried another image ?

ta for getting back....yep tried open vix,pli,atv ......all the same
must be hardware.

I have tried using a mini hdmi to av converter , to see if that would work
cant even get the picture out of that

sounds like its only me who has this problem

I have that problem to but only in some tv. eg in toshiba not have audio in sony I have audio I not have idea why.

ta for reply,using a samsung tv.....hdmi lead works with other devices,
not the end of the world
