Has anyone tried this method of growing tomatoes it seems to have a large yield without the need for soil any tips

My Misses's Mum's Husband. ( Ouch that hurt ) Did this last year and is also doing it again.
He grew Money makers and some other toms. Also some French beans, Peppers and cucumbers in hydroponics.

He got hundreds of produce from them. At one point his 6 x 4 foot House couldn't house the tom's and he had to chop them back majorly.
I was going to do it this year But I still have to build My shed. But I'll ask him for some tip's for you.

I do know that netto is a good place to get some stuff. They will be having a sale for garden equipment soon.
