how to sort bouquets via remote

hi
someone asked me about sorting out there bouquets so that the channels selected like BBC 1,BBC 2,STV were called when you press 1,2 or 3.
so i did a quick guide to help out. i don't know if this has been posted before but its a pdf file hope it helps.
