how to fix eurovox max v

hi guys

am still updating my eurovox manually I would like to know how do i fix it so it can update itself. I got the null modem cable just need to know howdo I it. I seen this file on the tool box(ufl eurovox max-v box with autosort feature)--- released 05/12/2008.. just would like to know is this the right one and how do i it?

Plug ya null modem cable into into the eurovox, make sure the power plug is pulled out of the back of the eurovox. Plug the other end of cable into computer, double click the UFL_MAX_V update that you have. then put the power lead back in the eurovox. It will detect the eurovox (if it gives you a COM port error select the com port from the drop down menu). click the big download button on the UFL program and itll start flashing, it will tell you when its finished.

tried that but it just says waiting a responce from your reciever for past 15 mins it is connected proply and box not evin going on standby it jus says peaa
