how do i load mario kart wii of sd card !!!! plz help

So here is the thing i have a wii which is almost dead whenever i open any channel screen goes blank but the channel is running in background so i need to know when i download mkwii iso and use wbfs manager and put it in sd card how do i load it [tell me the buttons to press like down right up left ......blah blah] please tell me what all to press as i cannot see the screen so i can load mkwii from sd card
