how are they able to mod on halo 2 on live i thought u wasnt allowed to mod at all on live !! fed up of losing on slayer on live cos people moding on it ?

because downloadable content (the new maps) is stored on the harddrive, which u can get to and change and then resign, the other cheaters are the hosts who either lag you out or just block your ip after you have connected.
