How 2 delete demos's ?

Guys its my 1st post in this room so a big Hello to everyone

I've just got mine and downloaded some demos but can't see how to delete them again , can someone point me in the right direction it's drivin me mad

Also how do i stop a demo downloading once it's started

to delete on just move the cursor thingy over the demo in question,then press triangle,u get a menu on the right,just choose delete here
