Hotpoint Aquarius dryer

got a Hotpoint Aquarius vtd00p dryer that wont spin unless i move the drum slightly to get it going and found out it needs a new capacitor
my question is are these both the same

Just make sure you dont touch the cap terminals before its discharged or you will get a nice tingle.

if you mean about discharging them then just put a wire between the connections and earth, that will discharge it m8.
