HOTBIRD Transponder issue

I am updating my channel list due to transponder change and for some reason can't get a strong signal for 12731 H SYMBOL RATE 29900. I am getting over 90% for all other transponder on Italian package but can't seem to get anything on that particular transponder.
I have deleted and added transponder, blind search etc... but no luck still.
Anyone got any suggestions if possible? many thanks in advance

Hi Manic, thanks for response,I have a Techno 5402HD.
Still can't get a signal unfortunately. Don't quite understand why as I am picking up all other italian HD channels.
I have tried blind scan, advance search, pid search and get more than 53% signal strength on that transponder. Do you think I may have a glitch with my phantom patch(117P)?

Really strange, just checked transponder again and signal strength up to 71% ( still much lower than other channels on same package)
anyhow have now managed to scan ok, so I am stumped as to what problem is/was earlier!

12.750 is right at the top of the FSS Ku-Band so it could be an LNB issue (or maybe the LO has failed slightly) considering you're at 12.731

Get a meter on it
