Horrible couple of days

Not sure if it did or didn't trigger it, all I know about 20 min after eating I get the indigestion feeling and know i'm in for a shit night lol

Age wise i'm 41.

Well, not exactly 'over the hill' then lol!

Reading up on it, it seems the old chestnut "adopt a healthy lifestyle" is the order of the day with regard to prevention, and even to stop existing stones deteriorating. Eating well & keeping reasonably fit- neither of which apply to the in-laws!!

My wife had her GB removed 18 months ago and it was the best thing she has ever done she says.
She went through years of bad tummy upsets before they finally diagnosed gall stones and since it has been removed she feels like a different women.

So it's 50/50 now to have it done or not.. :D

As for healthy life style we eat as fresh as possible most days etc etc probably could do with more exercise though
