i always use myhermes never had a single issue with them sent many packages always delivered around 3 days, just posted one today lol, hope im not pushing my luck and they do what they did to the op...lol fingers crossed.!!!

Well Hermes have lost my iPod Nano that I had sent to an eBay seller to fix...
I took it to the shop, it was collected but has since gone off the radar!

Did I take the insurance.. Of course I didn't but the question has to be that if it is lost from collection and not lost in transit/damaged then who is to blame!

I reckon it has slipped under the delivery drivers chair, it was only a jiffy bag.
