only thing i noticed is the email address on your new account doesn't match your the email on your original account. Any password reset email would be sent to your original email account..

Email on this new account wont maych as you cannot use the email to create multiple new accounts

This has gone on for over half a year so we shall wait and see if this ever gets sorted
