Help with terrestrial.xml

Would appreciate some help guy & girls - i'm new to this forum so if i'm posting my request in the wrong place pls tell me

Would appreciate your help on how to create a terrestrial.xml file that will scan for all known frequencies as i do no know the local frequencies in my area.

I'm trying to do this for my DM500T...

Could someone provide me with some input!! or even direct me to a previous post if this has been discussed previously!!!
