Help with new PC please

I bought a new PC acer, it's got windows 7 on it.... omg, can't get me head round it..lol anyway, it doesn't have outlook express on it but window's live, i've put me email address into it and wollahhhh all great but how do I import my saved emails and my address book (contacts) from my other pc thats on windows XP without saving them and transfering them via a disc, is there a way of doing it via the net, if u know what I mean ?

did you click on 'this'? it should be a hyperlink that takes you to a post on migrating OE to Live Mail
