Hey, im 24 years old been training for over 5 months now i got some muscle mass but my weight doesnt get higher then 53 kilos, im 163cm length.

what i been told is 1.5g protein my body weight and 3000 calories but i like to let someone make a mealplan for a entire week and see if i can gain som weight.
