HELP urgently needed please

hi all,

i tried to use a mac i found on a mates (im bout 7miles away)
and it didnt work

he lives in posillpark (glasgow)
i live in kingspark (glasgow)

any ideas what macs would be compaitable with him? and from what areas, if anyone wants to trade macs for a compaitable area i will give them my high macs in return for just one mac

please help


im in the RUTH gateway
will he be? or is he in a cowc

does anyone know?

I know some people on the RENF gateways couldnt use macs from neighbouring UBR's dont know if this was ever resolved their was quite a bit of talk about this at one time but never heard nothing since so im at a loss and dont live in Scotland.
