help needed spiderbox 5000sd

hey guys i just picked up a spiderbox 5000sd
now where do i start ?
i have downloaded a softcam and a patch , formated usb loaded the stuff on to usb
tryed putting it on to the box and it says saving data , now what i dont see any differance where do i enter cline ?

WOW!! talk about run before you can walk!!
Press menu, locate options, press 1111 and you should see the hidden menu Network.
Now you can enter your lines.

You must be keen only five minutes and your not even waiting for an answer.

i have done hundreds of different boxes over the years but now having a go with the spiderbox cos they cheap lol

i have typed the 1111 and nothing happens at all , also im not sure the software is going onto the box when i click on the file it does nothing , is their a straight forward quide to doing this and also what is the correct software ?

When you have flashed it do a factory reset then follow the post with 1111 in.

big thanx to jimi for helping me sort my box out ,
now im having a problem loading my cline into the box
i have got it set up has follows
type -- dream
server -- 1
enable -- on
softcam -- cccam
input type -- domain
server xxxxxxxxx
port xxxxx
id xxxxx
password--xxxxx

my problem is every time i enter numbers in the port section thet go blank what am i doing wrong any ideas guys?

ok i sorted it , turned it off and back on works fine all up and running now

Easy way enter the port number say 12000 the press OK to store.
