CD & DVD Help needed ripping individual chapters using DVDFab

Ok got a DVD with 13 Chapters its not a movie or anything, its of a party. The whole thing is only about 45 minutes but I want to rip each chapter to highest possible quality but in divx or xvid.

Any help?
