What Is a rar file???

Almost Every Time I Download A Software From speccys-bins It Is A rar File So I can't open it to use or burn it to a cd!

Can Any One Explained This To Me For The software TO WORK!!

You need a program called WinRAR.

Lots of places out there to download shareware version.

Hope that helps (sometimes ... not always but there have been times that changing extension to .zip works ... make sure you make a copy of the original .rar file in case the .zip idea doesn't work) ... if that makes sense

Get Winrar from <a href="http://216.40.248.4/rar/wrar290.exe" target="_blank">HERE</a> Rar is a type of compression. To unrar files first install Winrar. Ensure that all rar files are in same folder eg: .rar, .r00, .r01 etc. Using Windows explorer, Right click on the .rar file and choose extract to (Name of folder) or extract here (current location). This will uncompress the rar files for you to your chosen destination.
