Skybox F5s help downloading channels

got a skyboxf5s and been trying to get channels onto usb but I know im stupid when it comes to this but do you get the link save to docs or downloads then transfer to usb I am doing this but cant see channels on skybox even after upgrading by usb is their a forum for getting started for dummies lol HELP

first you need to download channel list

Unzip TP_PROG.zip with a program such as winrar & place the TP_PROG.DBS file onto the root of your USB drive.
In the Openbox menu delete your current channel list by going to the "Edit Channel" tab & selecting "Delete All".
Staying in the menu navigate to the "Tools" tab then "Upgrade by USB", change the upgrade mode from "Image File" to "Misc Files" then "Select & Upgrade" & select "TP_PROG.DBS" then press yellow, if all done correctly it should begin to upgrade.
