help 21oo jtag no 0

trying to jtag 2100 waiting till ld 20 and holding down button till lcd goes blank
but no 0 appearing

please help

jtag it it sould give up the numbers

You don't always get a 0, but so long as the led is green, it is indebug mode.

You shouldnt have to hold the down key down untill the lcd goes blank.
You are correct in waiting untill ld20 appears but you release when you see ld40 which should take about 5secs.
