Are you using a whitelist?

yes this is what it looks like on my server and espn is clearing fine

No mate, the equivalent to a Fline in oscam is a user account which needs to go in the user config file (looks like you have entered this in the server config file) and should look something like this:

[account]
user = client username
pwd = client password
group = 1,2
uniq = 1
caid = 0963
ident = 0963:000000
au = 1

One for each client.

[Reader]'s are for your shares from elsewhere m8

The flines go in under [account] in oscam.user and the one you did yesterday was fine

Try it without the white list and see if it clears,dont forget to restart oscam after

Thanks so it should look like this

[account]
user=harizsal
pwd=12harizsal13
group=1
cccmaxhops=5
cccreshare=0

Now do I put this in the oscam.config or in the oscam.user file?

You do realise we already did this in post 93?

Oscam user

Great now my c line looked like this C: harizsal01.dyndns.org 12000 harizsal 12harizsal13 no

Do I just leave this line in the cccam.config on my other box provided I want to continue using cccam in this box

Or would that not work?

If that doesn't work do i have to also run this box on oscam and use this line and where should i place it?

now my cline and fline looked like this when i was using cccam on all boxes

C: harizsal01.dyndns.org 12000 harizsal 12harizsal13 no

F: harizsal 12harizsal13 0 1 1 {0:0:2}

now that my box (server) is running on oscam i have coverted the fline to this

[account]
user=harizsal
pwd=12harizsal13
group=1
cccmaxhops=5
cccreshare=0

and placed this in my oscam.server file

my question is how can i get this box to communicate with my other box (client) that still runs of cccam

what do i have to do to that box

The problem user njies01 was having has been resolved,as far as I can make out he had an error in his configs,
I did ask him to post here to clarify but nothing so far :)

Hi

I have installed OSCAM and i repeatedly get max connections reached -> reject client. Is there anyway to allow more clients than the set '29' that it supposedly only allows?

Thanks

You have more than 29 clients, sounds very trader like, unless you have a large family and lots of friends...

I actually don't have that many clients and don't even reach the 29 allowed I only have 10 active but still get the message.

Hi Guys,

Sorry to sound naive, but I have read through all the posts, but still confused on this matter.

I currently use CCcam as a server (both clients and server on CCcam), but due to not being able to accept 3SPN I would have to move the server to Oscam.

The problem I have is, I am a total newbie in the sense of anything away from CCcam and been looking for a step by step guide on how I can access 3SPN and also share with my clients without having to change anything in their receivers.

Also if I use Oscam as just a reader do I still use CCcam on my end to share to clients on CCcam?

Sorry guys, but I have tried my best to follow the posts, but without any joy.
