graphics help needed (gif)

O.K I've got two picture's and I want to make them into gifs I want to see the first picture and then about 10seconds later the second picture what program can do this and if possible a small guide on how to do this I have a few program's already so if it can be done by these let me know as I have not yet fully used them.

programs I have

Photoshop CS3
Xara3D
Animation shop 3
Ulead cool 3D
Nero 7

I can't give you a guide, but know for a fact that animation shop will do what you want. This includes transition type I.E. fade, wipe etc. as well as display time for each pic, number of loops.

In Animation Shop, create a 2 frame gif.

Place each of your pic's in each of the frames.

Right click your first frame, select frame properties, then edit your deley time, do the same with the other pic.
