been registered partially sighted for years got a letter today to say I'm on waiting list for an appointment at the Glasgow Royal. it says my doctor made it for me. not seen my doc for months but was going to ask him to have a look at my eyes next time I saw him.
the letter was adressed just as Mr and my second name as my sons are grown up I had to phone and find out what Mr it was for they have all your details date of birth medical history you think the could at least put an initial on the letter.
