Getting ripped??

Hi Guys.
It's coming to the run up to summer and I'm sure most people do I wanna get ripped/defined/toned. I've been training on and off since I was 18 (22 now) and 12stone. 5ft 9/10

Just after sone advice on how to get ripped and that beach body effect. Some people say high reps low weights or vice versa. Some says that's bolloxs and u need to lower fat.

Basically il try anything other than roids and I'm all up for the hard work. I've been working hard at the gym as it is but obviously not in the right way. Ive got USN anabolic I heard it's good?

Any advice would be great.

u could try the p90x routines and get ripped that way if you believe the hype !
 
Lower you carb intake ramp up your protein levels do some cv and lift normally. I train 5 out of 7 days I'm now trying to cut up for the summer I weigh 16 stone but for summer I want to be 14 and half to 15 stone as long as your diet is correct you should achieve your goals
