iPad Getting itunes to recognise iOS 5.0.1

As title suggests, it is telling me that there is a new iOS but it's 5.1. How can i get itunes to install iOS 5.0.1, as i'm currently on iOS 5.0,my ipad2 is also saying that there is an update of 5.1, so that rules that out.

Any suggestions?

I have mate. iTunes 10.6.1.7

Apple aren't signing 5.01 so you won't be able to upgrade to that unless you already have the shsh blobs which sounds unlikely. iTunes will only offer 5.1 as its the latest

Ahhhhh bugger, does that mean my window of oppertunity for JB ipad2 has closed?
On iOS 5.0 ATM.
