I thought we may find out 1day that this demonic girl with the evil clown was Davina McCall,Ulrika or some other annoyin doris that thru the years has been impossible to get off ur telly!!
As it Happens:-
Test card 'F' was devised by George Hersee in July 1967. The little girl is his daughter Carol (then 8 yrs old),with her clown 'Bubbles' which she still owns.
Maybe this clown is responsible for some people growing up with Clownophobia.BBC - you witches!!

LOL, I to remember those sets the channel selector knob had a tendancy of breaking were the brass clasp was and we had to have a pair of pliars handy
