gateway issues

ok was given a gateway to try . 3ds is on 4.5 and launcher installed . backed up and running gateway mode as system setting now say gw3ds firmware version
the problem i have is i cant get the red card to show in machine and no games show
anyone had this issue

Don't have a card but google brings up this

Try these things.

3DS on firmware 4.1-4.5 (nothing more, nothing less)
Install blue card's gateway files?
Format all the SD cards to fat32?
Use Win32Image to write the rom to the red card's microSD?
Put the launcher file on the SD card that goes in your SD slot?
Press System Settings > Profile > DS Profile to start up GateWay mode?

After your press DS Profile it will freeze for about 2 seconds and bring you back to the main screen. If it doesn't freeze and show a black screen and just shows the next screen that means you don't have the SD card with the launcher in the 3ds.
