Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) is a desktop client that enables Microsoft customers to troubleshoot and diagnose their issues. Meet the official troubleshooting application from Microsoft that addresses issues related to Windows, Office, Outlook and Office 365.
Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) is designed to help you troubleshoot various Microsoft applications and even Windows activation issues. It can address problems with software in the Office package, Outlook and Exchange, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Skype.
Additionally, it diagnoses sync and login-related issues on mobile devices and can run an advanced analysis to find out why Microsoft applications are not working as they should.
Support and Recovery Assistant can help you fix problems, install, uninstall, activate, and more. Open the app, and click on the Microsoft product you need help with.
The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem. It can currently fix Office, Office 365, Outlook, and Windows problems. If the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant can't fix a problem for you, it will suggest next steps and help you get in touch with Microsoft support.

Outlook in any of the following Office versions can be scanned:
Microsoft Office 365 (2019, 2016, or 2013, 32-bit or 64-bit)
Microsoft Office 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit; Click-to-Run or MSI installations)
Microsoft Office 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit; Click-to-Run or MSI installations)
Microsoft Office 2013 (32-bit or 64-bit; Click-to-Run or MSI installations)
Microsoft Office 2010 (32-bit or 64-bit)
If you are running any edition of Windows 7, you must also have .NET Framework 4.5 installed. Windows 8 and later versions of Windows include at least .NET Framework 4.5.

By installing SaRA through the above link your SaRA installation you will benefit from automated and quicker updates.
If you are unable to install applications directly off the Internet, then you can use the download file from this article to manually install SaRA.
1. Download the .zip file.
2. Unzip the file into any folder location (e.g. shared network folder)
3. Double-click Setup.exe to start the SaRA installation.
If you install SaRA using these manual steps your SaRA installation will always use the folder location from step 2 as its file source. To update installations of SaRA you will need to repeat steps 1-3 with a newer version of the .zip file.
