fuse and a bit confused

my cigerette lighter in the van stoped working the other day after finally finding the fuses so now i found a clear fuse under were my cigerette lighter is in the van could it have fell out or something

it`s a ranault trafic van 02 plate it looked like a fuse you get in plugs in your home it was clear like glass
