Full Rats Bouquet, Cross EPG & Coolman tv guide how to

Hi,

I'm quite new to this. Does anybody know if theres a full guide integrating the three? I've found separate guides for each and will try that when i receive my box but was wondering if there was a full guide for setting up the bouquet, Cross epg and then Coolmans tv guide?
