frozen box

is it possile for I** d***** to freeze a box because mine wont change chanels or let me into the menu its stuck on bbc1 tried the everything unpluged it from the ** but no joy....

Have you cycled the power at the mains switch. That can work wonders.

same for me after the brum v wolves match on channel 20<br />just powered down box then all ok

tried that even took the box out of the mains over night no joy looks like the thing is set for the bin

Had this problem with my box and found it to be a button stuck in on the remote control
