Have been on the phone today for over an HOUR to o2 trying to find out about v4 firmware. finally gettin somewhere. they said they have not been lookin at v4 because there has been no reported problems !! they said if they start to get alot of reports of the various problems then they will look at releasing v4
so this is were we all come in and phone up customer services and ask for technical support and report all the problems you are experiencing with the phone due to the firmware. make sure they report your complaint to the engineers. Hopefully we should have it soon. if customer services dont put you through then phone HQ on 01132722000 and they will put you through.
