Flashing new image

Hi guys, and a Happy New Year, Please can you guys help, I've just got back from work (6 weeks away from home ) and found the Dbox only getting FTA channels. reading the site it looks like the latest image is the Commando 10c.

After I pull off the - Services, bouquet, Key folder and Emu folder
do I just flash the new 1x Commando image over then add the above files and also replace the existing Nagra with Nagra 7 (any idea where i can get this file??)

Or is there an easier way?

my current image is an old Sportster 1x running on a Sagem

Nowt wrong with the old Sportster images.

Just FTP the latest nagrarom7 to the keys folder, reboot the box and Bobs your Uncle.
