Sorry to start a new thread but i have not got to grips with this yet...


I think i have a hitachi drive...

So have i got this right?

you flash it with modded firmware so you can back up games?

then you have to flash again with different firmware to play back up?

can you keep that firmware on to play original or do you have to flash again back to original to play ....

sorry if it has been asked but read some tutorals on xboc-scene but does not actually tell you that....

your find all the guides aroud here and other places to do this with the hatachi you can use a linux iso to get the drive in to mode b

once you have done this flashing is a pice of cake

use the 7 in 1 xtreme flash programm this is the easy one to use

but it take a few tries but your get it in the end there are lots of tuts on the net about this and on this forum
