Skybox F5s Firmware upgrade

I would like to upgrade the firmware on my F5S. I have found many examples on youtube showing how to do this, but they are all using an abs file and the download from skycc is rar. I assume this has to be converted.....?

Extract the rar file m8 and you should see the abs file

Yes all sorted now thanks but it's been an eventful day . !

Downloaded a dodgy version of winrar. It took most of the day to get rid of the junk it dumped on my pc.

But box now working very well.
