Firmware update stuck on "write ok"

Hi,
I just tried updating the firmware on my tm8600hd super+ through the usb file transfer menu..
It said writing... Then after it finished writing it said write ok and now theres no display on the tv but on the receiver display it says write ok...
I don't know what to do.
I'm sure it was the correct firmware and I got it from the official website

What do I do now?

Solved: I had to switch it off and on from the back.
