Firmware Fail

Using the mini web uploaded latest image for tm500,box rebooted all the way back too factory setting remote control wont work now and when i try to flash new image via web interface i get the message Failed! please check your firmware box wont except any image at all. Any ideas any one please. also tried tm controll center 7.1 but it hangs on 0% also tried via the box by rebooting and holding the up ^ key box cant connect to pc using a rs cable on com 5

Had to use a bootloader now working new image and ccam in alls good except cant open any channels for todays games any help on this?
