Finding out what hardwares in my Laptop

Is there any software that will tell me what's in my laptop so that i can download drivers for other operating Systems.

Alternitively anyone know where i can get linux drivers for the wireless card in an inspiron 1525?

http://www.lavalys.com/ there is a freeby version available to download from there and the full version is on the net in the usual places.
