Film 4 Moved to channel 0 ?

just turned box on and was aske to scan as there was new or moved channels
so I accepted the scan and it just went back to TV without doing anything :err:

so I did a freesat scan and when finished film 4 has moved to channel 0
so now its before 101 (BBC1)

dont do the scan as it looks terrible in the wrong place

that was a quick fix
if this has happened to you turn box off then on and you will be asked to scan again
film4 back to 300
