Trace Elliot bass amp 3.5mm socket spare needed uk

Brother in law asked me to look at his Trace Elliot 715X bass amp, the jack input has snapped.
I've spent an age searching as it looks very specific but the only place I found was Canada USA.
Here's the 3.5mm socket I'm after

Trace Elliot 5-Pin Shorting 1/4" Jack SMC & 7-Band Bass Amps

The plastic screw thread clean snapped so I de-soldered it and Gorilla glued it back together as a last resort.

If anyone knows we're I can pick one up pref UK that would be excellent

I emailed a few places 2 got back picked up a couple of these cheap enough.

6.35mm Vertical Stereo Jack Socket Switched

I had a bit of an accident, 2 pads out the 5 legs lifted on the backside of the board. I was ultra careful with solder braid & pump and the rework but they just pinged off no warning.

I traced one back visually and there was a tiny bit of the pad left to meter off so that one should be fine to patch but the other missing one?, I can't see any trace on both sides of the board and the solder has completely gone so there's nothing to meter too.
I'm no electronics expert (I'm sound soldering / replacing) so 95% it's simple enough.

The amp is a Trace Elliot 715X , if anyone has the semantic for the front board that would make life easier, thanks
