Fajitas with chicken and peppers

This Mexican dish here is a delicious recipe for fajitas with chicken and peppers. Mexican recipes are always a hit, like at all and are simple to achieve. The chicken marinade gives this dish a very special flavor that contrasts with the peppers makes it special.

Serve 2/4

Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves
2 spoonfuls of chives
1 teaspoon pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 red pepper
salt and pepper

Method
Prepare a marinade by placing in a bowl of honey, oil, chives, salt, pepper, garlic and crushed red pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and put them in a marinade.Cover with foil and let stand for half an hour at least.
Roasted Peppers, Peel and cut them into strips and put them aside.
Cook the chicken along with a few tbsp marinade in a nonstick skillet.
Just the chicken starts to became crispy, add the peppers and simmer again for a couple of minutes.
Lay at the center of each tortilla a few spoonful of chicken and peppers.
Rolled and served the fajitas with chicken and peppers immediately.
I suggest a lettuce bed , under the Fajitas.
