Failed To Create File System

Hello.
I put a spare HDD in a SATA Caddy and connected to my Vista Laptop. Went into Disk Management and found the drive, deleted the partitions and formatted, popped back into my TM600, select the usb port for the drive, select format the drive, then I get, Failed to Create File System.

Any Ideas please?

Did you format it fat32 m8, had this once myself though but it was because the drive was a bit goosed.

No, I did NTSF, will reformat it tonight,
