Eurovox max v not updating keys

Hi friend of mine asked me to look at his eurovox its the max v with the chrome buttons says max V on the front ive cleared factory data and rescanned all channels scan but its not clearing the keys emu is enabled is there new firmware out there for this unit ? thx

what area is your friend in? could have gone to nagra 3
