EuroVox Max Remote Codes

is there any remote codes available for EuroVox Max 2007 redbox
one for all remotes, in case the remote goes faulty cos theres no way to control the box properly without a remote, only channel up/down and vol up/down
ive had a look around the web but cant seem to find anything.

for some reason this is the only place i could post, i tried to post in the Eurovox area but it would not let me, i seem to be heavily resticted to most of the forum,
im not looking for a new remote at the moment but jus wondered if its possible to use an all-in-1 remote control.
i cant seem to figure out why i can't post in some areas
on the left hand side, permissions & groups it says
