Eurovox DVB-XC update?

Hi there

A friend of mine has this model, which he has had for the last two years gathering dust and unused.

The specs are:

Eurovox
Model DVB-XC BoxS TDA
S/W Version 1.0.ST4 Oct28 2008
H/W Version 2.0ts
Bootstrap v001
S/W Build Kuro

Can anyone let me know if this can be updated? Also point me to the files needed?
