er12 and er11 but signal ok

hi guys done some searching but im a little lost still

I have 3 boxes ( yeh i know greedy git) 2 on fun and 1 on tit.

tit is fine but funs are not working. Im getting an er12 and er11 followed by a display of assending numbers. the box then "updates" and i am told there is a fault with my smartcard.
Ive pulled the red jumper, tried diag menu ( but it skips straight past it) and ive tried the boot method ( hold up and down etc)

If its any concelation my neighbours' is working fine and he's using a fun also

the boxes are pace 4010 in a pure ntl area

any help would be realy apreciated

oh and forgot to mention all was ok last night after the change ive only had this problem this evening

ok one box has come on but one box still has a card fault ..... fingers crossed maybe it will sort its self

reprogged card and found that the flash needed rewriting

system up and running..........
