EMM Capture and Emulation, eurovox

i did a forum search but could not see anything regarding, EMM Capture and Emulation for Eurovox
These 2 options come up when you type in 1968 twice in the language settings
just wanted to know what they are and what they used for ?
i guess there something to do with encryption keys, but a more detailed explanation would be good.

Emulation, is Enabled by default
EMM Capture, is Disabled by default

i have read somewhere that EMM Capture should be Enabled, is this true and is there any benefit in doing this

you only need to go into these settings mainly to manually type in any new keys should the box be hit and an update is not available yet.
as for the EMM Capture, ive not heard about having to enable it?

does anyone know anything about, EMM Capture and Emulation for Eurovox emm capure mainly tutorials say emm capture should be enabled, but it dont say why and what is does ?, the eurovox seems to work and update keys fine as default so i was wondering what benefit enabling it will do
